Look, nobody likes reading legal stuff, but here’s the deal.
So we spend way too much time double-checking everything on the site, but honestly? Stuff still gets missed sometimes. Last week Emma found a typo that had been sitting there for like six months. Embarrassing, but whatever – these things happen.
If you catch something that looks off or outdated, just email us at [email protected]. Tell us which page it was on because otherwise we’ll be hunting through hundreds of designs trying to figure out what you’re talking about. We’ll get it sorted pretty quickly, assuming it’s not one of those weeks where everything’s chaos.
But here’s where it gets annoying – legally speaking, we can’t take the blame if something on our site is wrong and it somehow causes you problems. Same goes for when the internet just… breaks. Which happens more than you’d think. Ryan’s constantly dealing with server issues that are completely out of our control.
Our contact forms are pretty basic on purpose. I hate those forms that ask for your life story just to send a quick message. We ask for your email so we can actually respond, and that’s about it. When you reach out to us – email, contact form, whatever – we treat it like actual mail. Old school, right?
Usually Sophia responds within a few days, but officially we’ve got up to a month to get back to you. Never actually takes that long unless you’re asking something really complicated that requires all of us to weigh in. If your question’s really complicated, we might need up to three months to sort it out properly – but we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
Whatever personal info you share with us only gets used according to our privacy policy. We’re not in the business of selling your data or anything sketchy like that. We do our best to keep our website secure from hackers and other troublemakers. We’ve got reasonable protections in place, but honestly, if some third party manages to cause problems despite our efforts, we can’t be held responsible for that mess.
Sometimes we link to other websites. What they do over there is their business, not ours. If you buy something from them or have issues with their stuff, that’s between you and them.
All the coloring pages and content we create belongs to us. You can download and color them for personal use – that’s the whole point! But please don’t redistribute our stuff or use it commercially without asking first. Just common courtesy, really.
